Called plumber at 7am this morning, was here by 8am. Lovely bloke, identified the issue quickly and was able to explain it to me as well as the potential fix and next steps if the initial fix didn’t work.
Luckily just a blocked drain so was able to unblock very quickly. Would certainly use again and recommend to others! Price was very reasonable as well.

NOT SATISFIED ! LEFT OUT OF POCKET AND NEEDING TO EMPLOY ANOTHER PLUMBER AFTER BOTCHED INSTALATION. Plumber quoted £200 for replacing a toilet with a new (still packed) one, I had purchased a few years back and was able to commence work immediately. He discovered that a valve was not working and so had to source a replacement, I paid the £200 and he returned to complete the job the next day. By then I had noticed that there was a chip and hairline crack in the cistern, which I believe was caused during installation (photos attached)
The plumber offered to repair the crack or fit a new cistern which I would have to purchase myself , but would not accept that he should absorb the cost of the replacement. Nor was he prepared to adjust the toilet seat which he had incorrectly fitted (misaligned). As I needed the toilet to be functioning, I agreed to the repair and have had to make do with an incorrectly installed seat. I am now left needing to buy another cistern as I am sure the repair will not stand the test of time. I am now back where I was before the £200 installation, but needing to find money for a replacement cistern and another installation by a competent plumber.

Excellent service! Our outside drain was completely blocked and he sorted it out quickly and efficiently. Very knowledgeable, polite and transparent about the cost. It’s such a relief to have it fixed properly. Highly recommend!

Disappointed with the outcome, leak still remains. Plumber was happy to attend however could not rectify the leak. Attended on 3 different occasions, single toilet has been unable to be used properly as it needed to be taken off and reinstalled twice.
Access to area is difficult however I was quoted and paid however I was advised further works would require more payment as it was misquoted so it has been left with the leak. Not an ideal situation, out of pocket.

Had a leak in the ceiling on a Sunday morning. Called at 7am and was seen to within an hour. Quickly identified the problem and sorted it within 2hours. He had the parts already on him and was honest and clear with his communication. Very pleased, would recommend.
